UNET VPN Terms of Service

2. Service Description

UNET VPN provides VPN connectivity and related features, including device management, location selection, connection diagnostics, subscription management, and payments.

We may modify, update, or limit specific features to maintain security, stability, and platform compliance.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and using the service in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Use

• Violating laws, third-party rights, or platform rules (including Apple App Store rules).
• Attempting unauthorized access, attacks, abuse, or bypass of service restrictions.
• Distributing malware, spam, phishing, or conducting DDoS activity.
• Sharing access in ways that circumvent plan/device limits.

5. Account, API Key, and Devices

You are responsible for protecting your API key, account credentials, and device access. Device limits are defined by your active plan.

If we detect abuse, suspicious activity, or policy violations, we may temporarily restrict access, request verification, or deactivate sessions/keys.

6. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Paid access is provided under the plan or subscription shown in the product interface.

• For iOS In-App Purchases, billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple policies.
• Trial access, when offered, is subject to the specific terms shown in the app.
• After a paid period expires, paid features may be limited until renewal.

7. Availability and Performance

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, identical speeds in all networks, or full location availability at all times.

Performance can vary depending on ISP networks, device conditions, regional restrictions, blocking, and third-party infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

UNET VPN software, branding, design, text, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Using the service does not grant ownership rights to source code, trademarks, or content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNET VPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use of the service.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, legal requirements, security risks, or abuse.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the latest update date.
